Dean is a creative director based in London with 17 years of professional experience working across retail, hospitality, and, over the last decade, specialising in office design. He is passionate about creating amenity-rich workplace interiors and bespoke furniture products inspired by nature and designed to be circular. As a student of design history, Dean has spent the last few years exploring how the changes to the nature of work, driven by technology, will impact office design.

Chen

Initially worked in architecture and later received an MBA from INSEAD, Chen has become an expert in Workplace Strategy and Hybrid Work with experience in Australia, London, Europe and South East Asia.
