  • As Covid hit, it changed the way BSCI approached workplaces. Our work assisted in creating business readiness against another black swan event.

  • Sam from Work Transformers partnered with BSCI, when at Unispace to lead a complex team of strategists, data scientists. Technology and Construction experts to create a hybrid toolkit for BSCI.
  • As we rolled out projects, each opportunity was seen as a pilot that fed data back to improve global guidelines and approach to projects. We increased capacity of existing sites which resulted in long term savings for BSCI.

  • Merger between JustEat and Takeaway.com brought several workplace challenges for the new group.

  • Previously, JET’s call centres were outsourced globally to save costs, but this approach no longer aligned with their mission to deliver an enhanced customer experience. They needed a space strategy that could help optimise their workplaces effectively.

  • Sam from Work Transformers partnered with JET, when working for Unispace to develop a space calculator strategy, starting with test fits in Tel Aviv. This allowed us to identify key space requirements and set the foundation for the new workplace strategy.
  • Driven by data, we introduced a new spatial model for JET’s contact centres, focusing on shared, collaborative environments and getting them future ready for growth.
